What COD is coming out in 2024?
First up releasing in October is a classic, Call of Duty: Black Ops video game releasing on October 6th, 2024. The Black Ops 6 game available on PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch game is a first-person shooter video game set in 1991, the game's single-player story follows rogue operatives Troy and Frank as they assemble a team of agents to hunt down Pantheon, a force that has infiltrated the Central Intelligence Agency. Considering it has been 4 years since the last Black Ops game was released, we can’t wait to see the changes and advancements within the game.
Is there a release date for Silent Hill 2 remake?
It’s time to start the spooky month as we mean to go on, and what better way than with a classic survival horror, adventure video game returning to our consoles? That’s right, Silent Hill! The second version of the game Silent Hill 2 is released October 8th on PS5 and follows a widower, James Sunderland, who returns to the town of Silent Hill upon receiving a letter from his dead wife, Mary who claims to be waiting there for him. Considering the original game was released in 1999, it will be great to check this new addition out and see how it differs, we cannot wait!
Are they making a Just Dance 2025?
Just Dance is the infamous dancing video game released consecutively year in, and year out since 2009. So of course, it is no surprise that we see the 2025 edition releasing this October. Just Dance 2025 Edition will be hitting our screens on October 15th 2024 on PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. It is a popular fitness, musical video game where players copy the dancers onscreen who dance along to their favourite songs from the 2024 year.

Blazing strike 2024 release date
Heading towards the end of the month, October 17th will see the arrival of Blazing Strike, the fighting, action game releasing on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. The game is set after surviving an apocalyptic event, where the remains of human civilization are in pieces. In a world run by a corrupt and murderous government, a resistance group is ready to stand up for the people.
Is Super Mario Jamboree out?
Also releasing on October 17th is Super Mario Party Jamboree on Nintendo Switch. The party, platform game is a board game-themed video game, gather your friends, pick a board, and choose your character to compete in a selection of minigames to see who can get the most stars! Of course, it isn’t a new month without an iconic Super Mario video game release, so we cannot wait to check it out!
