Free PS Plus Games December 2022

The last lineup of PS Plus games for this year is here. And once again, this month's free PS Plus games are solid and worth picking up. Join us as we look at these games.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition (PS4)

The first, and biggest, of the three games available this month with PS Plus is the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Developed by BioWare in 2021, this game holds exceptional value and is worth playing.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is compiled of all the games from the highly acclaimed Mass Effect trilogy: Mass Effect 1, 2 & 3, and all the DLC from those games. All of these are fully remastered with visual and technical improvements, gameplay adjustments and so much more.

Mass Effect is one of the most iconic trilogies seen in gaming history, and to get all three games completely remastered and with all DLC for free is something you don’t want to miss out on. This is a game that will deliver hundreds of hours of entertainment and I couldn’t recommend it any higher. The value for the price is simply unmatched.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is normally worth £59.99 on the PS Store and will be available for free with PS Plus from the 6th of December to the 2nd of January.

Biomutant (PS5 & PS4)

The second of the free PS Plus games is Biomutant. An action RPG that was developed by Experiment 101 and published by THQ Nordic in May of 2021.

You take control of a mammalian warrior in an open world that is packed with mutated animals. You can customise your character to your liking and upgrade them, along with upgrading your weapons throughout the game.

The game focuses on the Tree of Life, which has become polluted. Your aim is to stop its destruction, but your efforts are halted by conflicting tribes and a series of dangerous creatures.

Biomutant is normally worth £34.99 on the PS Store and will also be available from the 6th of December to the 2nd of January.

Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition (PS5 & PS4)

The final game of PS Plus December 2022 is Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition. A brand-new game that is releasing on the 6th of December. So, PS Plus subscribers can get this new game for free.

Divine Knockout is developed by Red Beard Games and published by Hi-Rez Studios.

Divine Knockout is the world’s only 3rd person platform fighter. Where you can fight your friends in a series of arenas in all three dimensions as your preferred God. Like Thor or Hercules. Every arena also features new mechanics that players must master to achieve victory. You can also play in 1 v 1, 2 v 2 and 3 v 3 duels.

Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition is normally worth around £19.99 but will be free for PS Plus subscribers until the 2nd of January.
