If you can’t quite figure out what is wrong with your Nintendo Joy-Con, then our Joy-Con multiple faults service is a great option. Nobody likes when their Nintendo Joy-Con breaks, or any controller for that matter, and just can’t figure out why it has happened.
With our multiple faults services, you can send your Nintendo Joy-Con to us for the low fee diagnostic fee we charge and we will identify all of the issues that your controller is having. Once we’ve figured out what is wrong with your Nintendo Joy-Con we will offer to repair it for an additional fee.
Note that the £19.99 fee we charge for this fault service is only a diagnostic charge. If you decide to carry out the controller repair with us, you will be refunded the £19.99 you paid.
Once you have paid for this service, we will send a shipping label to you that will let you send your controller straight to us. When we have received your controller, our controller specialists will take a look at it and determine what is wrong. Then you will be informed of what the issue is and the Nintendo Joy-Con repair service you’ll need to pay for to get it fixed.

My controller is not a Custom Controller, can you repair it?
We repair all 1st party controllers. (Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox One S, Xbox Series and Xbox Elite). Unfortunately we do not repair any 3rd party controllers.
Do you repair modified controllers?
No. If your controller has been modified, unfortunately we can't repair it.
Is Warranty Included on Repairs?
We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at Custom Controllers.
