Is your controller refusing to work with any external devices that you are plugging into the AUX port? Well, your AUX may be damaged.
Don’t worry, because we can fix it for you. Our controller specialists are qualified to repair any issues that you may need resolving. Once you have paid for one of our repair services, you will be sent a shipping label that must be used in order to send your controller to us. Upon receiving your product, we shall repair the issue that you paid for and send the controller back to you once completed.
PLEASE NOTE: This repair is valid only for the Sony PlayStation 4 DualShock Controller
How do I send my controller to you?
After confirming your repair order, expect to receive an automated email containing comprehensive instructions on how to ship your controller to us at absolutely no cost to you.
How long will my repair take?
Repairs can take up to 5 days to be completed.
How do I send my controller?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email with a freepost label.
My controller is not a Custom Controller, can you repair it?
We repair all 1st party controllers. (Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox One S, Xbox Series and Xbox Elite). Unfortunately we do not repair any 3rd party controllers.
Do you repair modified controllers?
No. If your controller has been modified, unfortunately we can't repair it.
Is Warranty Included on Repairs?
We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at Custom Controllers.
