With our PS4 controller repair, we will identify the issue your controller may be having. We will identify whether your broken controller PS4 is suffering from stick drift, if it has broken triggers and buttons, or if it is an underlying issue and inform you about it.

It is important to note that this service identifies the issues your controller is having, before informing you of the service you will need to pay for to get the problem fixed. Note that the £19.99 fee is a diagnostic charge, and will be refunded if you carry out the repair.

Upon purchasing this service, you will be sent a shipping label which you can use to send your controller to us. Once we have received your controller, our controller specialists will take a look at it and figure out why it is broken. When the issue is identified you will be given the option of either letting us repair your controller for an additional fee or getting your controller returned.
