Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are the two features that make this controller shine. Both add a feeling of realism that you cannot get in any other controller currently. Haptic feedback adjusts the intensity of the controller vibrations to match what is happening in-game. Say if an explosion went off, you would feel the vibration get more intense as the detonation before stopping. And adaptive triggers work based on the gear that you are using. The best example of this is if you were using a bow. You would feel the triggers get more resistant as you draw, before becoming completely free when you release.

There is a 1 year warranty included on all controller purchases. This does not cover accidental damage, loss or theft. All controllers come with a 3 month design warranty. This covers discolouring, chroming and scratching.

All of our Products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, this means for whatever reason if you are unhappy with your purchase or you want to return your item for a full refund then you have 30 days to do so. The 30 day Guarantee starts from the day the product is received and ends after the 30 days have passed. Postage Costs will not be reimbursed
